Soup-Bowl Cabbage Rolls – Tasty Recipe!

Prep: 15 minutes   Cook 30 minutes  Makes 4 large servings

Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef

1 garlic clove, chopped or minced

1 small head of cabbage, chopped

2 1/2 Cups water

2/3 Cup uncooked long grain white rice

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried basil

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

1/2 tsp salt

In a nonstick Dutch oven, cook beef and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Stir in the next 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until rice is tender (25 minutes). Stir in tomatoes and salt. Heat through.
